McMillan; his siblings, Ozie Mcmillan (Dorothy), Francis McMillan (Pearl), Quillie McMillan, Jr., John McMillan (Anna Belle), Rufus McMillan (Virginia), David McMillan (Wanda), Carrie Bell McFadden (Randolph) and Mary Lee Myers; his siblings-in-law, James Mitchell (Beverly), Bertha Tucker, Robert Siders, Rufus Siders, Johnny Siders and Mack Ross; and his goddaughter Beverly Dukes.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Y. M. Fuller of Paterson, Johnnie D. Mcmillan and Michael A. "Mickey" McMillan of Walterboro; his daughter-in-law Helene W. McMillan of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Jermaine M. McMillan of Paterson, Porscha T. McMillan and Aaron Lawton of Walterboro; his great grandchildren, Kysir Byrams and Kaori Byrams of Walterboro; his goddaughters, Terri S. Siders of Charleston and Greta U. Gethers of Walterboro; his nieces and nephews, Julie Singleton (Jimmy) of Goose Creek and Kenyatta Spruill (Sonya) of Charleston; and his sisters-in-law, Deloris Ross, Rebecca Jackson, Annie Mae Siders, Janet Siders of New Jersey, Theresa Spruill of Walterboro and Willie Mae McMillan of New York. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
