He is survived by: his wife Ana Gutierrez Owsley; his sons, Dan Owsley (Gina) of Summerville and Adam Owsley (Tammy) of Charleston; his siblings, Manuel, Ronnie, Bruce, Christine and Jo; his grandchildren, Brittanye Trijo, Madison Moughler and Victoria Owsley; and his great grandchildren, Tanyen, Lilli, Lennex, Riley and Michael.
