He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Wiggins and Minnie Jones Wiggins; his wife Berdie Mae Wiggins; his siblings, Herbert, Bernard, Palmer and Cleo Wiggins; and his nephew Leonard Wiggins.
He is survived by: his brother Wilbur Wiggins; his son Ronald Wiggins; his stepchildren, Ricky (Linda), Burnell (Wanda), Vernell, Brenda and Kenny (Audrey); his stepgrandchildren, Anisa, Kia, Rhianna, Darnell, Destiny and Desiree; his nephew Charles; his nieces, Shirley, Vanessa, Yvonne and Sabrina; and his friends, Dianne and Anthony Padgett. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
