He is survived by: his wife Laura Garvin Risher of Walterboro; his daughter Charlene O'Quinn (Mickey) of Hendersonville; his stepchildren, Laura Lynn Fraser (Gerald) of Ruffin, John Ginn (Sara) of Williams and Joe Ginn of Walterboro; and his siblings, Billy Risher (Gloria) of Walterboro, Sarah Jones of Walterboro and Mary Hughes of Neeses.
