He is survived by: his significant other Donna Jane Stewart; his daughter Jane Ellen Garrett (Wayne) of Walterboro; his granddaughters, Wendy Jane Robbins (Shea), Amy Lynne Garrett (Anton van Steenwijk), Beth Anne Garrett, Dawn Marie Ledwell, Heather Faye Garrett and Holly Leigh Franco; his great grandchildren, Beatrix Jane Robbins, Lucie Anne Robbins, Charles-Anton, Benton Alexander Garrett, Adara Rose Ledwell, Grace Ellen Ledwell, Holley Jane Tant, Nathan Michael Garrett, Isabella Leigh Franco, Katherine Delia Franco and Samuel Franco; and his stepsiblings, William Lowell Kemper Jr., Janet Miller and Francis Fay Secoy.
