She is survived by: her parent Frances Brownlee Hiott Bailey; her husband Roy Dean Elkins, Sr. of Round; her children, Teresa Orr of Charleston and Roy Dean Elkins, Jr.; her wife Amanda of Walterboro; her grandchildren, Robbie Griffin, Jamie Lee McAlister, Michael Ellkins and Savanna Elkins; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Griffin and Tyler Barnes; her daughter Peggy Rodgers; and her siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Hiott Roessler (Dane) of Walterboro, Vicki Gale Hiott Syfrett (Billy) of Walterboro and Richard "Ricky" Hiott (Mary) of Walterboro.
