He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer L. "Willie" Williams and Alvilda "Vilda" Zeigler Williams; and his siblings, Wilmer Leroy Williams Jr. and Verona Williams. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Barrineau Williams; his children, Mandy W. Marvin (Will) of Green Pond and Scot Williams (Keri) of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Gage, Cannon, Blake Marvin, Saige Lipton (Caleb), Braden Cook, Landon and Reese Williams; and his sisters, Janice W. Drawdy (David), Judy A. Williams of Walterboro and Joyce W. Mauney of Green Bay, Wisconsin..
