G.), Jeffrey Pulis, Andrea Schoemmell, Jill Woodward, Lori Pulis and Matt Pulis; his godmother Annie Nugent Smoak (Tony); his cousins, Barbara Russell Carelock, Anthony Russell, Jack (Sonora), Tommy Murray, Heather, Jessica Nugent (Carter), Augie Nugent, Aki Cloherty (family: Danny Nugent, Shawny Murray), John Murray, Fred Nugent, John Patrick Nugent, Dina Byrns, Paul, Heidi Urban, Michael, Smitty Johnson and Scott Johnson; and also, Cameron and Landon. He is also survived by his extended family for 36 years; as well as many other extended family members and friends.
