He was predeceased by: his parents, Professor Williams, Jr. and Annie Lee Williams of Washington; and his aunts and uncles, Lewis Williams, Jackie Williams, Reginald Williams (Unk), Annie Rose Williams-Crosby and Betty Jean Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Kirstie Herbert Williams; his son Nathiel Williams (Chanzet); his siblings, Donald Williams, Tryone Williams (La Shun) of Orangeburg, SC, Jody Williams (Berndoinne) of Seattle, WA, Frank Williams (Latoya), Allen Williams Sr. (Tumikie) and Angie Williams Best (Dennis) of Orangeburg, SC; his parents-in-law, Monica Masanto and Potrice Mosanta of Beaufort, SC; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Pitts and Johathan Masanto; his grandson Nigiel Williams; his siblings, Janice Wrice of Varnville, SC, Shirley Williams Robinson of Bamberg, SC and Walter Robinson Jr.; his nephews, Frankell Williams, Hunter Williams and Allen Williams Jr.; his aunts, Inez Glover, Ethel Robinson of Orangeburg, SC. and Genevie Tyler of Bamberg, SC; and his goddaughters, Brittany F. Brown, Bridgette F. Brown and Courtney Brown Banks.
