With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Turner of Walterboro, South Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Turner Sr. and Roberta Kirkpatrick Turner. He is survived by: his brother David Turner (Sharon) of Elgin; his nephews, Chris Turner (Erin) and Michael Turner (Candice Radford); and his great-niece Madison.
Due to the current situation that exists in the nation, state and county with the coronavirus pandemic, the family will conduct a private graveside service at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Walterboro.
