He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Sharpe and Mary Ann Sharpe; and his siblings, Gene Behling, Mary Ann Rice, Irene Eldridge, Mattie Murphy, Jack Sharpe and Mike Sharpe.

He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Watford (Kavin King).
