It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Sanders of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene William Sanders and Lillie Belle Berry Sanders; his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Sanders Varn; and his sisters, Evelyn S. Wullner and Betty S. Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Crosby Sanders; his sons, Stephen Eugene "Steve" Sanders (Betty Llew) of Walterboro and Eugene William "Sandy" Sanders III (Carol) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Caroline Hooker (Matt), Ellyn Alexander (John), Faye Whitehead (Brad), Elizabeth Varn, Henry Varn Jr., Sarah Sanders and Sydney Sanders; his son-in-law Henry Varn; and his daughter Beverly Harrison.
