He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert William "E. W." O'Bryant and Ruby Head O'Bryant; and his siblings, Charles O'Bryant, Jerry O'Bryant and Barbara Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Payne O'Bryant of Walterboro; his children, Pat Schanen (Terri) of Georgia, Jon Schanen (Amy) of Spartanburg, Carie Burris (Pierre) of Kansas, Eric O'Bryant (Jessica) of Missouri, Crissy Pye Rivera (Rick) of Virginia and Shannon Pye of Walterboro; his mother-in-law Christine Payne of Walterboro; his sisters-in-law, Diane O'Bryant of Walterboro and Vickie Tripp (Danny) of Walterboro; and his grandchildren, Remy, Jada, Emri, Payton, Sara, Brooks, Ellis of Anthony, Lindsey and Skyler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
