It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Barbour of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Butler Barbour Sr.; her sons, Levi Butler Barbour Jr. and Edward Coleman Barbour; her parents, James Jake Triplett and Effie Baxter Triplett; and her siblings, James B. Triplett and Nancy Triplett O'Briant.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Lee Barbour; her nieces, Nancy O'Briant Hull and Laura Susan Watterson (Earl); her nephew Donald O'Briant Jr.; and also Elizabeth Gaiton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
