We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2021, at the age of 73, Betty Alderman of Walterboro, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas "Tommy" Eugene Alderman; her parents, John Willoughby Wethington and Allie Christine McQuagge Wethington; her son-in-law John Tripp; and her siblings, Harold Wethington, Shirley Reavis, Allie Rahn and Joan Wethington.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Eugene Alderman, Jr. and Beth Alderman Tripp of Ruffin; her grandchildren, Drew Tripp (Hannah), Dustin Tripp, Asa Alderman, Lydia Alderman, Darren Alderman and Gabriel Alderman; her great grandchild Nora Tripp; her siblings, James Wethington of Santa Clara, California and Syble Benton of Ruffin; and her siblings-in-law, Claudia Wethington of Santa Clara, Peggy Williams (Owen) of Islandton and Donnie Alderman (Lee) of Charleston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
