She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harold Robertson and Genelle Moore. She is survived by: her sisters, Doris Sweat and Joan Hiott; her children, Nancy Bell, Robert Fralick and Chris Fralick; her daughter-in-law Tami Fralick; her grandchildren, Chris, Jenna, Hunter, Teddy and Laura; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Alexander and Theo; and her nieces and nephews, Dianne Harper Dubin, Pam Robertson, Richard Moore, John Hiott and Perry Hiott.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the charity of one's choice. in consideration of the current health situation that exists in the state and nation, and with the safety and well-being of the community in mind, the family will hold a private graveside service for Bette at the Live Oak Cemetery in Walterboro, where she will be interred beside her parents.
