He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond Speights, Sr. and Susan Matilda Speights. He is survived by: his siblings, James Raymond Speights Jr. (Carolyn) and Julia Speights Hewett (Douglas); his niece Ginny Speights Forney (Gene); his nephews, Lamar Hewett and Jimmy Speights; and his children, Shawn Speights, Brett Speights and Brian Speights.
A public celebration of Andy's life will be held at a later date, after the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic improves.
