He is survived by: his wife Robyn Ott; his children, Jimmy Dell Ott Jr. of Rockingham, NC, Timmy Ott of Rockingham, NC, Jamie Ott (Sandra) of Hamlet, NC, Robert Ott (Meagan) of Lancaster, SC, Joseph Ott (Brittany) of Dunn, NC, Stephen Alexander Messer of Patrick, SC and Brittany Austin of Patrick, SC; his grandchildren, Patrick Ott, Breanna Marshall, Cenia Marshall, Hannah Ott, Ayden Parker, Tyler Poplin and Lexi Butler; and his siblings, Gerald Ott (Joverl) of Winnsboro, NC and Sarah Irene Sherrod of Winnsboro, SC.
