She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Thomas and Zelma Lucille Bryant Bagwell; her brothers, Marvin and David Bagwell; and her stepdaughter Deborah Galloway.

She is survived by: her husband Wallace "Bud" Cleveland Neal; her son Steven Capell (Susan); her stepchildren, Wallace Buddy Neal (Lisa), Anthony Neal, Judy Brickey and Cheryl White; and her siblings, Jimmy Bagwell (Pat), Roger Bagwell and Edna Cobb (Robert).
