She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Willie" Thomas and Cannie Sentell Thomas; her grandson Eric Tench; and her siblings, Patricia Baldwin, Alvin Thomas and Barbara Suttles.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Tench (Sandra), Kathy Smith (Ronald), Billy Ray Kelley, Karen Kelley and Kevin Kelley; her grandchildren, Michelle Bernier (Antoine), Justin Smith, Preston Arnold, Brent Arnold and Raven Carter (Justin); and her sister Helen Gennelle Hunt. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
