It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilburn Douglas Smith (Walhalla, South Carolina), who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betsy Lynn McGuffin of Walhalla; and his parents, Wilburn Buris and Rosa Bernice Sloan Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Rose Smith of Anderson; and his sisters, Brenda Cisson of Seneca and Wanda Garvey of Cape Coral, FL..
