He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Lusk and Pauline Miller Lusk; his brother William Lusk; and his brother-in-law Joe Bolt. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Black Lusk; his sons, Steve Lusk (Karen) of Seneca and Scott Lusk (Shanon) of Seneca; his grandchildren, Leanna Lusk, Kati Lusk Broome (Cory), Austin Lusk and Tyler Lusk; and his siblings, Kenneth Lusk (Imogene), Faye Lusk, Carolyn Kobel, Barbara Horne, Merilyn Bolt, Shirley Roach (Johnny) and Betty Black (Charles).
