He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawrence Kelley, III and Rosanne Duffey Kelley; and his former wife Jean F. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Connie Lowe Kelley of Walhalla; his son Ryan Kelley, II of Walhalla, SC; his siblings, Bruce Kelley of Six Mile, SC, Robert Kelley of Miami, FL and Kathleen Holsinger of Longmont, CO; his grandchildren, Tobie and Gunner Lowe; his stepson Matt Lowe; his daughter-in-law Holli Lowe; his nieces, Laurie Turney (Brant), Kristen Aguilera (Edwin) and Monica Fowler (Charlie); and his nephew Terry Holsinger.
