With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricky Edward Wirtz (Walhalla, South Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2019 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Linwood and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Wirtz; and his brothers, James and Ronald Wirtz. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Wirtz of Clemson, Kristin Roy (Jorge) of Central and Emma Wirtz of Fairplay; his brothers, Jerry Wirtz (Beth) of Westminster, Michael Wirtz (Michelle) of Westminster and Steve Wirtz (Donna) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Carlie Wirtz, Gage Wirtz, Holden Wirtz, Viktorya Roy, Bentley Roy and Nikolas Roy.
