He is survived by: his children, Willis Webb of Walhalla, Austin McAlister of Seneca, Paula Ann Payne of Walhalla and Melessa Hendricks of Seneca; and his brothers, Clyde Webb of Mountain Rest and Tilman Webb of Westminster. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
