He is survived by: his wife Julia Ellen Spoon Peay; his daughters, Lynn Oxenford of Walhalla and Tina Peay of Myrtle Beach; his sisters, Kaye Smith (Wayne) of Seneca and Eunice Freeman of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Shannon David Powers and Roslyn Necole Price. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
