She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Browning and Catherine Lynch Browning. She is survived by: her son James Carter, Jr. (Tammy) of Comer, GA; her brother Walter Browning of Walhalla, SC; and her granddaughter Christianna Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
