She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Reid and Sara Cromer Reid; her grandson Grayson Link Bethea; and her sister Kathie Reid. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth "Betsy" Bethea (Brent); her brother Danny Reid (Ginger); and her granddaughter Ava Bethea.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Davenport Funeral Home (311 SC-11, West Union, SC 29696).
