He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Harold Lusk; and his siblings, Kenneth Duane Lusk and Kelly Lusk. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Jean Hunter Lusk; his children, Joseph Lusk and Chasity Lusk; and his brother Devin Lusk (Shea). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
