He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Reitano, Jr. and Louise Elizabeth Miller Reitano; and his son Kenneth Reitano, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Heather Reitano (Holly) of Winston Salem, NC, Crystal Clevenger of Walhalla, SC, Joseph Reitano (Nichole) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Anthony J. Reitano of Walhalla, SC, Samuel Wilson of Seneca, SC and Sean Wilson (Jessica) of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Joseph Reitano of Crystal River, FL and Linda Erickson of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
