He is survived by: his children, Bill Mathis (Laura), Sherry Kuemmerer (Joey), Melanie Hauser (Chris), Sharon Tollison (Andrew), Lita Justus (Roger) and Rhonda Tippett (Brian); his brother Arvel Pettit; his grandchildren, Jay Neal, Christen Pietrykowski, Heather Mathis, Kris Justus, Jason Broome, Angela Craft, Matt Fowler, Lacey Smith, Levi Tippett and Lakyn Tippett; and his pet Brackston. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
