We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 93, James Watson of Walhalla, South Carolina, born in Abbeville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Bobbie Wright Watson; his parents, Elijah A. Watson and Ruby Anna Vaughn Watson; his sisters, Everlee Watson Horne, Verna Watson Morris and Rosa Watson Harrison; his grandmother Watson Sadowski; and his sister Grace Watson Craine.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Watson of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Sharon Harmon of Summerville, SC, Rene Rausch of Hendersonville, NC, Anna Shepherd of Greer, SC and Melissa Evans of Fair Play, SC; and his siblings, Bill Watson of Walhalla, SC, Jean Watson Shaw of Due West, SC, O'Jetta Watson Breazale of Fayetteville, GA and Vera Watson Bagwell of Greenwood, SC.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
