He was predeceased by: his father Willie Underwood; his siblings, Keith Lee and Sandra Underwood; and his great grandchild Kelaya Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Garrett Underwood of Walhalla; his mother Maggie Justice Lee; his children, Brannon Underwood (Lynn), Brett Underwood, Kerri Underwood and Kimberly Elliott (Shane); and his brother Hershel Underwood. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
