It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Kelley Arve (Walhalla, South Carolina), who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Arve; her mother Sophie Kelley; her son Billy Arve; and her great grandchild Allison Dobbins. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Frasier (Jane) of Walhalla, SC and Kellie Hitzler of West Union, SC; her grandchildren, Denise Powell (Mark) of Sugar Grove, NC, Brooke Frasier Garren (Rick) of West Union, SC, Colby White of Walhalla, SC, Canaan Hitzler and JonKelley Hitzler of West Union, SC; and her great grandchildren, Emily Dobbins of Valdosta, GA, Silas Powell of Sugar Grove, NC. and Merritt Powell of Sugar Grove, NC..
