It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmy Lou Jones Smith of Walhalla, South Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Robert "Bobby" Smith; her parents, Rev. William Lester Jones and Frances Ruth Perry Jones; and her sisters, Frankie Harper and Loretta Lyles.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah "Debbie" Smith (Michael) of Seneca, Laurie Smith (Michael Mason) of Seneca and Joseph "Joey" Robert Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made in Emmy's memory to a charity of one's choice.
