He is survived by: his wife Julia Turner Holbrooks of Walhalla; his son Michael Holbrooks (Tammy); his stepson Mark Ashley (Pam); and his siblings, Daniel Holbrooks (Darlene) and Pam Lowery. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
