He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fulbright Welborn; his daughters, Stephanie Jefferson (Stephen) and Amanda Watkins (Shaun) of Walhalla; his siblings, Harold Welborn, John Welborn, Betty Eades of Walhalla and Brenda Burnside of Walhalla; his grandchildren, Tyler Whitfield, Aaron, Cameron Seigle, Jacob, Lilee and Isaac Watkins; and his great-niece Mila Powell.
