He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Lonnie Hall; his brothers, Richard Hall and Clarence Hall; and his nephew Jesse Hall. He is survived by: his wife Freda Kaye Turpin Hall of Walhalla, SC; his mother Edna O'Bryant Hall; his children, Stephen Rowland, Breanna Widener (Allen) and Jennifer Rowland; his sisters, Patricia Hall and Emily Williams; his grandchildren, Kaden Rowland, Tylique Hunter, Kiara Hunter and Brooklyn Hunter; and his great grandchild Bane Martin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Walhalla Church of God (426 Deaton Rd, Walhalla, SC 29691). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (970 Highlands Hwy, Walhalla, SC 29691).
