She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Sullivan, Sr. and Bonnie Collins Sullivan; and her siblings, Mildred Ann Sullivan Langston, Ruby Nell Sullivan Gibson, Pauline Sullivan, William Roy Sullivan, Julia Elise Sullivan Ward, Hilda Annette Sullivan and Alvin Carl Sullivan.
She is survived by: her spouse Berry Wilson Nichols of Walhalla; her sons, Douglas Wilson Nichols and Robert Lee Nichols; her siblings, Leroy Sullivan, Jr. and Bernice Lorraine Sullivan Bond; and her grandchildren, Abbey Nichols Bellotte and Greg Wilson Nichols. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
