With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Sloan Peay (Walhalla, South Carolina), who passed away on March 9, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Garrett Peay and Willie Peay; his brothers, Buddy Peay, Donnie Peay and Billy Peay; and his great grandchild Rhyder Ford.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Maney of Oconee, Freda Boggs (Allan) of Six Mile, Richard Peay of Westminster, Danny Peay (Terrie) of Savannah and Sonny Peay of Westminster; and his brothers, Mikey Peay (Pat) of Danielsville and Kenneth Peay of Greenville. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
The family requested that memorials may be made to Hands of Mercy Hospice Care, 12019 N Radio Station Road, Seneca, SC 29678 or those wishing to send flowers, please send flowers that the family can plant in memory of Mr. Peay.
