She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold H. Reese; her parents, Leonard Rogers and Myra Edney Rogers; her son-in-law Brady L. Hamby; and her siblings, Eula Pelfrey, Margie Haulbrooks, Alma Garrett, Bertie Pelfrey, Etta Taylor Wilbanks, Docia Towe, John Ernest Rogers, Bessie Starnes, June Thrift and Ralph Rogers.

She is survived by: her husband Lewis A. Morgan; her children, Susan Hamby and Dwaine H. Reese (Jonnie); her stepdaughter Daphne Scarpa (Gene); her grandchildren, Joshua B. Hamby (Kristie) and Cassie Scarpa Kines (Dennis); and her great grandchildren, Luke Richard Hamby, William Anderson Hamby and Stella Rose Kines.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Flat Shoals Baptist Church; 656 Flat Shoals Road, Walhalla, SC 29691.
