She was predeceased by: her parents, James Whitfield Galbreath and Lillian James Galbreath; her sons, Charles Ross Manley, Jr. and Michael Leonard Manley; her grandson Michael Lucas Manley; and her brothers, Bill Galbreath, Ralph Galbreath and Marvin Galbreath.

She is survived by: her son Jim Manley (Becky) of Walhalla; and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Manley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Walhalla First Baptist Church, 403 E. Main Street, Walhalla, SC 29691 or Tuckasegee Wesleyan Church, 229 Wesleyan Church Road, Tuckasegee, NC 28783.
