He was predeceased by: his wife Sallie Fulmer Oswald; his parents, Roscoe Elliott Oswald, Sr. and Wilma Jean Kelly Oswald; his brother Kevin Oswald (Phyllis); and his sisters-in-law, Doris Hutson (James V. Budd, Jr.), Jane Kyzer (Mark) and Dollie Fulmer (Jeffery Yon).
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Oswald Allen (Sandy) and Roscoe "Stony" Elliot Oswald, III (Severine); his grandchildren, Samuel "Sam" Cannon Allen and Buck Elliott Allen; his siblings, Tony Oswald (Linda) and Charlotte Bryant (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Stoll (Manfred) and Justine Williamson (Jimmy).
