He was predeceased by: his child Barry Fulmer; his wife Mary Adell "Dell" Lindsey; and his siblings, Gerald Fulmer, Leroy Fulmer and Louise Stone.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Fulmer (Amanda), Russell Fulmer (late Theresa), Allen Fulmer (Connie), Dwayne Fulmer (LeWanda), Tony Fulmer (Alica), Larry Fulmer (Tammy) and Deborah Kay Fulmer; his child-in-law Susan Fulmer; his grandchildren, Louis Fulmer (Beth), Brady Fulmer, Keith Fulmer (Amanda Anderson), Joanna Fulmer, Thomas Fulmer (Jenn), Will T. Koester IV, Lindsey Fulmer, Lee Ellen Fulmer, Gabby Fulmer, Evan Fulmer and Nicholas Fulmer; his great grandchildren, Kyler Fulmer, Kailey Fulmer, Olivia Anderson, Stormy Davis, Robert Harrison, Jack Harrison and Amelia Fulmer; his sibling Mildred Carver (Dewey); and his siblings-in-law, Mattie Lou Fulmer and Charlie Stone.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Seivern Baptist Church at 1337 Seivern Road, Wagener, SC 29164.
