He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Collum and Evelyn Starnes Collum. He is survived by: his wife Gloria P. Collum; his children, Heather Collum Flowers (Tim), Robert Stanley Collum, II (Lynn) and Clinton "Clint" Cameron Collum (Carole); his grandchildren, Etta, Claire, Evan, Hayden and Colton; his brother Steve Collum (Nancy); and his nieces, Caroline and Erica.
