He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his siblings, Evelyn Cook, Wayne (Nora) and Tony (Shirley); his children, Terry Ann (Kenny), Tina (Steve), Tim (Regina) and Andy; his grandchildren, Brad (Stephanie), Brandy (Jamie), Brendan, Andy (Alexis), Chris (Brittany), Cameron and Madison; his stepgrandchildren, Tim, Chris, Andrew and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Madilyn, Regan, Jack, Mason, Lena, Stevie, Levi and A. J..
