It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Edward Swartz of Wagener, South Carolina, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Paul and Helen Quattlebaum Swartz; his wife Wanda Fulmer Swartz; his son Jeffrey Dale Swartz; and his grandson Brantley Nicholas Swartz.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia G Swartz and Thomas K Swartz (Tucker); his daughter-in-law Tammy Bolen Swartz of Wagener; his sister Christine Taylor of Lexington; his grandchildren, Christopher A Samples of Wagener, Megan Swartz Garvin (Robert) of Aiken, Jamie Elizabeth Swartz (Jayson Black) of Aiken, Danielle Nicole Swartz and Alaysia Carson of Wagener; and his great grandchildren, Winston Tyler, Maggie Mae, Mallory Taylor Garvin of Aiken and Kennedy Baylor Swartz of Lexington.
Due to COVID, a memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2022.
