He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Moore Medlin; his children, Amber Nicole "Nikki" Medlin, Brandon Lee Medlin, Joshua Medlin, Telina, Lisa and Tina; his siblings, Carolyn Rape (late Larry), Virginia Collins (Sam), Ronnie Medlin (Mary Ann) and Ralph Eugene Medlin (Michelle); and his brother-in-law Danny Moore (Deborah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
