He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Lee McDonald. He is survived by: his parents, Martha K. Green Wells and Mike McDonald (Karen); his children, Christopher, Nicholas McDonald and Ashley Tice; his siblings, Chris Bowman, Bronston Robinson and Terri Taylor; his niece Ashley Hudson; and his nephew Gregory Taylor. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
