He is survived by: his children, Feliciano Franco, Maria Isabel Franco (German Ruiz) and Teresa Franco Lizcano (Victor); his grandchildren, Diana Marlene Franco Oviedo, Jose Francisco Franco Cardiel, Jasmine Franco, Isabel Franco-Morales, Alexandra Eloisa Franco, Melissa Franco (Osman Villeda), Kevin Antonio Ruiz-Franco, Samantha Teresa Lizcano and Eli Manuel Lizcano; his great grandchildren, Azalea Suero Franco, Miliana Suero Franco, Adrian Omar Ruiz-Franco, Isaias Andres Ruiz, Eliana Sofia Ruiz and Catalina Franco Villeda; and his brother Trinidad Franco.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Blizzard Funeral Home Chapel (163 Main St S, Wagener, SC 29164). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Southland Memorial Gardens (700 W Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170).
